Well in the UK it does all the government do is sit there and think of more ways to screw money out of us!!!

Well everyone works for a living.You need to have a good education when you are little and use your knowledge when you grow older.There is no way you can get money without working and earning the money.It's not like some dummy comes out and gives you a million dollars.Working is what gives a feeling that life is never fair.Unless you have a job that you actually like,then that for you must be like play.My advice is just find a good job that pays well and you like.Try in San Pablo,where you can take breaks whenever,take your kids with you and drop them down in a playground on the ground level,and have freedom that you earn,but they expect you to finish your job.

I gave up working for an employer about 33 months ago and now work from home , and I love it,no bosses,no deadlines, long tea breaks long holidays and every christmas off and I even get to go to work pissed,

Edit: I enjoy working for a living - can't think of any other way.

I love my job so I don't mind working for a living, but it must be hard to get up every day and go to a job you dislike. I'd hate that.
