Name of B&W Movie? Female Scamer works in Bank... Eve/Eden?

I can't remember the name of this great old movie... there was a girl who was a scam artist and worked in a bank... it left me feeling eerie... but now I can't recall the name. For years I was thinking it was All About Eve... but I was wrong. Any thoughts?

Possibly "The Lady Eve" (1941). It stars Barbara Stanwyck as a con artist trying to snag a rich guy.

all about eve was about a scheming actress. with bette davis. maybe it's i want to live with susan hayward.
