If you two are so cozy, why are you wasting tax payers money and law enforcements time in a stupid order.

These orders are to be issued only when there is IMMINENT DANGER.....not just because you get mad one day and tell a pack of lies.

If you want to be with him - do it...but stop wasting our money......

No your phones aren't bugged. The no contact order is enforced when when one of the parties files a complaint.

Why on earth would you have a no contact order then say that you want to talk with each other on the phone? Sounds kind of strange to me.

No. It's too expensive and the police wouldn't bother. However, they can indeed retrieve your phone records to see who called who and how long you spoke to eachother. Instead, I suggest that you each go to an attorney and tell the attorney you wish to get rid of the no contact order. You may not be able to, however. You never stated why such an order is in place.

I doubt they'd go as far to "BUG" your cell phones unless you guys were arrested for treason or terrorist behavior, but they might have access to your phone bills and see the outgoing/incoming call log and determine you have been talking from that.
