DONT USE
-liquid detergents (use only car shampoos available at car shops or walmart; if you have no access to this and need to wash, youre better off not using any soap and just use water)
-armor all
-mineral based tire dressing products

DO USE
-california water blade - cuts your drying half the time
-eagle one shampoo
-eagle one wax as u dry
-chamois (pronounced chammy to some)
-micro fiber towels

WASHING
-wash the wheels first and tires first, then the rest of the car
-as far as washing the rest of the car, wash from the top down; this means roof - hood - trunk. and then to the upper sides, front and back
-finally do the middle part of the sides going down.

hope this helps

Use lots of water. Unlike those guys who go round hypermarket car parks and wash your car with a quart bottle of water.

One thing you absolutely do not ever do under any circumstances is use a high power water hose, why? because it damages the paint and eventually you will notice that the paint is peeling and starting to rust.

By not doing it. I consider the 'stuff' on my car a "protective coating" and to remove it would be to expose the paint/finish to possible damage. ☺
