You would think it would be ok, but im not sure. I wouldn't want anything to happen to either of them. and if anything the water dragon would be hurt. sense turtles seem to have shells. I would house them seperately just in case and I think they have different humidity and heat requirements too. So house them seperately. Good Luck

Experienced keepers do not try to keep animals from different continents together, no matter how similar their cares and habitat needs might be.
Germs and parasites that animals from one habitat are perfectly used to can can make animals from other places very, very ill. Dragons are quite liberal with defecation, and Boxies are known to eat feces sometimes (cacophagy), which brings us back to the infection issue.
Then, of course, is the issue of habitat similarity. Water Dragons like very warm habitats, about 10 degrees F higher than Box Turtles do, and of course Dragons need a bigger tank of water that could become a problem for Boxies.
The two also share similar eating habits, which has the potential for conflict.

NEVER mix species with herps! It's NEVER a good idea. Please.... They can pass germs to each other. You need to buy another enclosure if you want another pet. ;)
