go to a bathroom quickly and rinse with COLD water,I know it is embarrassing to talk about this to a man. I still am and I am 48 years old!But your Dad will be more understanding than you probably think. I am sure he expected these sort of things when he saw he had a beautiful baby daughter and not a son. Start keeping track of your times so you can be ready for it show up. Carry what you will need in your purse or backpack. Good luck honey!

Wrap a jumper around your waist until you get to your room then quickly change. Blood will come out especially if you wash it with cold water straight away, then soap and hot water. Also you can pretreat the stain with stain remover. For next time try to be prepared and plenty secured when its your time of the month. cleanliness is very important for a woman=)

I'm sure if your dad ever saw that he would be far too embarrassed to mention it, or not want to make you uncomfortable by saying anything.... and why would he?? You are 14, I read somewhere else.... it's time you started doing more for yourself.... why not start with doing your own washing?? Oh and always use cold water for blood stains.

Well if your somewhere and can't change your clothes, I would wrap a jacket or sweater or something like that around your waist so it hangs down low enough to cover your backside.
