No i don't think that Paris should get special treatment in jail just because she is a celeb.She is a human being just like everybody else is.She made a crime and she has to pay for it.She deserves to go to jail.
That is gonna be a good lesson for her, and it will make her see what Simple Life really is

no way....she is just another person like anyone else except she is loaded so she could afford any fees and why should common people be jailed with no special treatment and paris hilton shouldnt? so what? shes famous..big deal....if she gets special treatment then she wont learn anything and just make the same mistake

No Way!!! She needs to be treated like the rest of us. Just because she has more money then G-d doesn't mean she can do what ever she wants. She is lucky that I am not the judge. She would be in jail alot longer then she is going to be.

Who made Paris Hilton a celebrity? Herself? No... it was those of us who gobble up all the naugthy details all the time. And now we think she should be treated like everyone else? Why now? She is only a star because we treat her like one. It is certainly not because of her acting ability... or her singing ability.

Of course not. I don't think her name, inherited wealth, or supposed "celebrity status" should matter AT ALL. Of course, it does though, and she will have a cushioned experience in jail.....do a shortened sentence, etc....And it's UNFAIR... but such is life. Money talks, and beady-eyed Paris will walk sooner than she should.

Absolutely not. That is demeaning the rest of the world.
She is less intelligent than all of us, so she doesn't go to jail when the rest of us would? That is completely unjustifiable and I think she owes ME money because I've had to suffer through her whining through EVERY media outlet.

Hell no! She needs to wake up and realize that just because she are a celebrity does not mean you can get away with things ask that one guywho stars on the TV SHOW 24 who accidently killed that one boy
