For 2 months I took HPT’s, they all came out negative, I went to Planned Parenthood to take what I thought would be a more efficient pregnancy test (still a urine test) and that came out negative. Then I made an appt with my doc. to take a blood test, but that test also came back negative. About 2 weeks later I started bleeding really heavy, I couldn’t contain it at all, so I went to the ER. They took a urine and blood sample and both of those came out negative. They then gave me a pelvic ultrasound internally and externally. They told me that what happened is that I probably had the miscarriage earlier on in the pregnancy, but that my placenta had kept growing which explained my weight gain and hunger, my body didn’t realist that it wasn’t pregnant anymore. It turns out that my mom had the exact thing happen to her before she had me. Nobody really had any answerers for me though… so if anyone has been through this or heard of this I would really appreciate some input. Thank you for your time.
