I would like to know the chances of my guy proposing. I have a B.Sc., but no job, no car, alot of dreams that seem a world away and I also live a world away (overseas). Do you think he'd still go ahead pop the question?

Sure. Why not. The only thing that may hold him back are if his finances are not much better than yours. Men usually delay popping the question until they feel financially secure enough to support a family and the obligations that go with it.

Men can only do one thing at a time. That especially includes thinking. Undo a couple of top buttons on your blouse and bend over slightly. He will become faint and you can say "yes". He will shortly say "Huh?". To this you reply, "When you asked me to marry you I said "yes", don't you remember?" Since men also don't like to ask for directions or admit that they don't remember anything you then have a done deal. Start picking out the invitations. Good luck. ps. don't worry about no job or anything else as men are supposed to work like a slave just to make you happy; or else.

Well Sugarpie, that depends on if you have told him this and he says he still loves you. Some men 'overseas' may think you have a lot more to offer (like taking care of him). If you are lying to the man or you haven't told him what your situation is.......and you are making him fall for you.....then you have trouble. And men might say all this crap about looks and bullcrap.....but if he is no better off then you---then looks aren't going to come first. Come on, that's pathetic bull$#*!!!!!!

Depends on the guy...
Guys place less emphasis on a woman's financial status than a woman would on a man. Look at the Russian mail order bride phenomenon. His attractiveness to you is the biggest factor...

My husband propsed to me when I was broke and well I had a job, but it was a crappy job. Of course I was also only 20 when he proposed, but if he loves you, which he should if he would propose, then he shouldn't care if you are broke and jobless.

Well it depends on the guy. If he's in love with you, your monetory situation or where you are shouldn't be an issue. If he's just there for some hot, raw, NSA sex then. NO.

Good luck.

Most men I know don't think that far ahead they just do it if they think that the nightly relationships will be good forever.

i doubt if it would have much to do with having a job and no car. men are ruled by lust not logic.
