In Quran God says that Eve has been created from the left side rib of Adam, The rib in its nature is curve, if you want to straight it, it will break. Similar is the natuure of a woman, who in its status is not straight but stubborn so the man should recognize that we have to handle woman politely and tactfully to avoid any embarrassment.

Actually, it's easier to snap a straight branch.
A curved branch has give and is much harder to break.
Such is the stregnth of woman.
If you read a little farther, God saw that it was not good for man to be alone, no such comment was made about woman.
Woman was created as a helpmeet. ie: He couldn't do it himself.
It is true that it is wise to handle a woman politely. Tact is always appreciated. And it is always good to not embarrass yourself.

The Bible speaks very plainly that it was a Rib. .......... And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his RIBS, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her to the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. Gen. 2:20-24 Maybe this is why I love Ribs so much!

GOD created Eve because he saw Adam was lonely and he wanted to give him a wife and a help mate . Women were created to walk beside man not behind him or made to feel less than human . So treat us right .
