Take good care of your cuticles push them back, never cut your cuticles!!! When you keep your cuticles pushed back, it makes your nails look longer. Massage cuticle oil on your fingers every night, and use a buffer to shine them. Your nail will be looking great in no time! (your mom is right, fake nails can ruin your real nail)

First, try filing them with a good nail file, second buy some vitamin E oil in a bottle at wal-mart or where ever and put a good coat of that on each nail, and allow it to dry naturally. Then get a really good clear nail polish and polish over your nails, do this once or twice a week. Your nails should improve, and you may also start taking a vitamin E and vitamin C a day, there good for your skin, hair and nails.

Fak nails do look pretty whilst there on but do wreck your real nails underneath, paint them a nice colour or something, or try growing them longer to make them look narrower or something. Sally Hansen randient hand, nails & cuticles cream allows your nails to strengthen, and it smoothed my nails down to, stopping all the ridges, and it softened my hands. Try buffing them, if you havent tried that it's just like a softer file for the like, surface of the nail, not the tips! x

The glue will ruin your nails. And if you go to the salon and let them put acrylic on them, that will make them weak and might cause fungus. Ask your mom for a clear nail harder like Sally Hansen, and keep them filed.

the terrific thank you to create a metamorphosis in behaviour is to do it in a helpful way. the terrific play right here is to be valuable, quite than intense because of the fact she already is conscious her nails look nasty. take her to a nail salon. if her nails/palms are in stable sufficient shape for a nail clipping and varnish then get that for her. she might start to love the look? to pass alongside with this you have have been given to come back up with some thing else she will do to fidget besides chewing on herself. might she be distracted from nail biting through having a effective bracelet? or perhaps a hoop of a few style? idk yet there is a few thing that could desire to be completed right here. the different element you may desire to think of approximately is what's the terrific thank you to proceed on the nail salon. perhaps purely gel with out suggestion? it would make her nails extremely stable and might desire to help harm the habit? i think the terrific element is you care sufficient to assist her. it would desire to take a on an identical time as, yet i'm helpful your attempt and concern for her would be favored. verify you're affected person and delicate. stable success
