you probably wasn't cheated just hustled. The owner ebay name says they sell there own jewlery. The owner probably made up the story to make it sound like they are antique one of a kind, when actually they have a whole warehouse of them. But they will probably be there soon.

how long has it been since you paid, if its been over 7 days you can file item not received dispute, also, i think perhaps you should contact the seller first alot of times the sellers do actually have more than one of the same item, also you can go to the contact us link on your my eBay page or to your pay pal account then go to resolution center use the item number and contact eBay about the item that way, the seller will have to let eBay know whats going on with your order and if you don,t receive the seller will have to refund your money or be suspended from eBay but i,m pretty sure if you paid Thur eBay you are covered, hope this helps!

The auctions are the same, and I doubt they are cheating you. They have a great feedback, and could have identical items, and the smae picture. Wait a bit and otherwise contact ebay. My firend got cheated on EBAY, so try contacting the seller, only they know the truth. GOOD LUCK!

go to disputes on ebay it will lead you to paypal since the item is already paid for.You can put in a claim with them. I had to that too. And I got refounded.
but the two links are the same. You should contact the seller first.

Well, this happened before to me..if you paid through paypal...they have a grievance place to dispute the validity...so,...someone might have posted it by mistake, but wait the ten days, and if you don't get it, start the ball rolling...and you can ask for live help, to guide you where you need to go..they are very helpful, and better than trying to find it yourself sometimes...i bet you get them, and hey, they're cute! PS>..don't give her bad feedback...that will make you get bad feedback, and then your score will fall...just send her an email back, and tell her you had a bad experience before, and you will give her good feedback...and make things smooth unless she already gave YOU bad feedback, or a negative...then if she did, you give her one

I would see if there is a "contact us" section of ebay. I think you may have gotten cheated, I would have been a little wary because the seller says "In original polybags...photo is actual" and the photo they are not in their polybags. It could also be that the seller just has several lots of these bracelets and does not want to compete with himself

Maybe he/she is a power seller and sells a lot of those things. Or maybe you just got cheated. Unfortunatley, ebay won't and can't do much. You can give them a bad rep or whatever its called. And paypal doesn't help. I suggest just buying stuff off of amazon or going through craigslist and get rid of your paypal account. I did, and I feel much safer knowing that paypal doesn't have my banking information.

the seller that you bought from is a power seller which probably means that he owns an ebay store and simply he has more than one lot from the item you just paid for and thus he just put on the auction the other lot.
you will get your item i m sure.....i bet you are quite new on ebay.

Contact E-bay using 'Help". They are very helpful when it comes to making these things right. I've always gotten good item on E-bay & if it is not as advertised and the seller won't comply, E-bay takes care of them.
