Lesnar - got pushed like the world was going to end in 2 years
Steve Austin - Wife bashing f@g who 'fueds' with the boss ..... boring
The Rock - Up until recently, he was over popular but still cool
Cena - Look at 2/3 of the answers in this whole section
Batista - Steroid using, Diva abusing (Ariel), cock loving, dickface piece of **** with 3 moves, no charisma, no talent, best mates with HHH a jackass to fans and a disgrace to the industry

Your question is too general. Each of them is overrated in a different way, except cena and batisteriods, who are overrated in every way possible.
