The tail will not re-grow. The shell will heal eventually, but it will be scarred. The biggest problem you face now is infection. Treat the damaged part of the shell with iodine. If your turtle stops eating, becomes lethargic, get it to a vet immediately. keep in mind that most vets have very little experience with reptiles, so look for one who treats exotics. reptiles have very little immune system and fighting infection is usually lethal. With antibiotics their lives can sometimes be saved.

Dogs think turtles are self-mobile chew toys- be careful!

It will not regrow, but you need to ensure that the injuries heal without infection. Keep the wounded areas clean, and scrub them gently with Betadine Solution (Povidone iodine) and let it dry. If their is any skin or soft-tissue damage, also use some anti-biotic ointment on it. Repeat daily until healing is going smoothly.

Im not sure if it will regrow, but I dont think so.
If he is a water turtle you need to make sure the water is perfectly clean at ALL times to make sure of no infection.
Im not sure all that you need to do. Call a vet. He needs medical attention most likely

A dogs tail wont grow. its done groing by the time thay 2 year old.
