I know this may seem insane but I am scared. I am eight weeks pregnant and I have no symptoms. My boobs don't hurt, I don't have to pee constantly, I am not tired, and I have no morning sickness. I had an ultrasound last week and we saw the heartbeat. Could you have a miscarriage and have no clue? Do you think I am okay? I am really, really scared!

I know I should be happy I have no symptoms and I am trying not to complain, it's just really scary. If it wasn't for a missed period I probably wouldn't know I was pregnant

Please ease your worries with a call to your OB's office. They should be able to get you in for an ultrasound to ease your mind.

If you have a miscarriage even at eight weeks you will have bleeding and cramping. Have you had any cramping and bleeding? I had bleeding throughout my first trimester. Without cramps that make you double over it is usually OK. However, you should get checked out either way.

Do not worry if you are not having symptoms at eight weeks. You may just be one of the lucky ones. ;) I have had all day and night sickness since I was just over a week pregnant! Now I am 24 weeks, and even with all kinds of complications, the baby is fine. Babies are survivors in the womb. Have faith that everything will work out and try to take it easy when you body tells you that it needs to.

Best of luck Dear.

i was exactly the same at about your stage but i'd had cramping pains (not severe but like mild period pains) before 8 weeks but then they just stopped and I was worried that my body would forget to be pregnant, as silly as it may sound. I am still worried and am 11.5 weeks. I did have a bit of nausea but no sickness in week 10 but even that wasn't particuarly serious. You know what the best thing that i can advise you is ... not to stress... as difficult as that may be, since stress isn't a good thing for you or for the baby. You saw the heartbeat and that is a wonderful thing. As a few other people said on here you would know if you'd miscarried (missed miscarriages can happen but are extremely rare and are more likely earlier in the pregnancy, not after the heartbeat has been seen). So just relax and be happy!

Well your symptoms don't have anything to do with miscarriage. You are still in the stage to have a miscarriage but if you don't have any previous miscarriages or health problems you should be fine. Just cause you don't have symptoms now don't mean you will later in pregnancy. Every women exp different symptoms during pregnancy. Just watch for signs like any bleeding or cramping then i would call a nurse from you doctor office and they'll be able to assist you if you should come in or not.

It is normal not to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms. All women are different. You may begin to feel certain things later on in your pregnancy. As far as you having a miscarriage... Have you been experiencing any menstrual cramp like pains? Have you been bleeding or spotting? If not then you should have nothing to worry about. If you just want to be safe have your OB check you out and make sure your baby is ok. there is no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to your health or that of your unborn child. Hope this helps :-)

No, you would have noticed a miscarriage...there would have been bleeding and such.

You're just one of those lucky people who don't have the hideous symptoms that the rest of us were stuck with. Try to enjoy it - really - if you saw the heartbeat as recently as last week, you're doing just fine!

I had no symptoms either, didn't feel tired, my boobs did not hurt, nothing!!!! But then at about 27 weeks, I got so tired and lazy, but never any morning sickness. But just in case make sure with your doctor that everything is fine. But I would not worry right now.
