Now this is a socially redeeming question. I prefer black ink. I am a obsessive list keeper and I find black ink looks better and easier to read. Some blue inks vary in their hue but black ink is more consistent. I usually only print and press hard. My son told me that after watching me for so many years doing this he does the same thing. So, you see the pen does not fall far from the desk.

I'm very picky about my pens. I prefer the clear tube blue ones but I'll use the black gel pens.

I only write in black one it's more professional and two I like it better. It seems a lot of woman like to write in blue.
