Depends on the temperament of the dog, Toy poodles can be a bit snappy, as a puppy it will be play full and a knock to the rabbits back could hurt it or kill it, also being mouthed playfully by the dog. I had a german shepherd and introduced a house rabbit and they go along very well, the rabbit loved the dog and followed him all over the house. I have had other house rabbits and all my dogs have been brilliant, a husky with the instinct to kill mothered them and protected them. I have only lost one rabbit due to the dog, they were playing and while I was watching, the rabbit turned sharply, the dog turned around and accidentally landed on the rabbits back and broke it. The difference is my dogs are large, where the Toy is tiny, but damage can still be done. If the Lop starts to thump the ground, hiss and bite, introduce a time out. Just keep an eye on them and don't leave them alone. I think they should be fine together.

Yeah it's totally normal. Don't worry =) It's probably going through a huge molt. How old is she?? If she's young she's probably loosing all her baby coat and growing new fur. Of course bald spots could also mean mites, just make sure she isn't scratching and make sure you don't see or feel any lumps or dark spots. Also check her skin for dandruff (white powder) that's usually a sign of mites.

I was in a panic when my first bunny developed bald spots. I brought her to the vet and was told that female rabbits pull out their fur to make nests when they are in heat. Try putting paper towels in the cage and see if that helps.

My rabbit did the same thing, he had mites. Please take her to the vet. My vet was given a series of shots and it was all taken care of.
During a normal shedding, the new hair replaces the old, and they will not have bald spots. If she is pulling her hair out, it could be other problems other than just nesting, which they don't normally do unless she is expecting a litter.
Please take her to the vet!!!!!!!!!!

My rabbit used to get very territorial and she would rip the fur out of her neck and it really worried me. Unfourtunetly she died from a terrible disease she got from her pet food, but if your bunnie is rippingthe fur out then it's okay but if it's falling out then I would consult a vet becaue trus me it's really hard to lose a rabbit.
