Hello does anyone know where I can buy cheap stamps?

I need like really cheap stamps like ones that perhaps have already been used, you know ones from different countries because I have just started stamp collecting

At this stage, you shouldn't need to pay. Just put the word out that you're collecting, and people will save their stamps for you. You can let them know through family newsletters, church bulletins, library bulletin boards, or even the community section of your local newspaper.

You'll find many posts from members wanting to buy, sell, or trade stamps.

There are some probably sold in bunches on eBay... and I think I might have seen bags of them sold at craft stores for using with decoupage, etc.

Otherwise you might want to ask a philetalist group or something:
