No. But there is such a thing as having more money that brains (more dollars than sense, as the saying goes). Many who get a windfall (lottery, inheritance, lawsuit settlement, etc.) ruin their lives with foolish spending.
But if you are wise, there is no such thing as too much money.

Personally? Not to me, but then again, I don't have too much money. Maybe this is a better question for the NFL? I wonder what the preppy killer would respond. I dunno, how about Britney Spears, Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan? Was it the money that made them who they are; having too much?
I think Warren Buffet has more than anyone would ever need and so does Bill Gates. They find a way through philanthropy to indicate that money doesn't make them who they are

Winning the lottery often ruins people's lives, but I guess that's because they don't know how to manage their money and expect too much from it. But even rich people who manage their money well can get obsessed about their money or live in fear of losing it.
From a social justice standpoint, you could say that some people have too much wealth at the expense of others struggling to survive.

to a degree, too much money meaning that you have everything you want, without senseless spending than you have a great amount. But if you just spend spend spend on random things just cuz it looks good, thats too much.

You can never have too much money, because if you have all you need, you can always give to worthwhile charities or set up a fund to send a poor kid to college.

It a matter of personal judgement if you have too much money that you feel uncomfortable with then yes you do if your greedy and like having lots of money then no not really
