when the president determines a national emergency has occurred, the president can declare to the office of the presidency powers usually assumed by dictators to direct any and all government and business activities until the emergency is declared over.
This will be under Homland security so they will be carrying wepons and can take yours.

yes but that can be trumped with the "right to keep and bear arms" the founders were more cleaver than bubblehead.

What new directive? Were Bush a dictator, you would not have been allowed to post this. what you don't seem to tealize is that the more your scream that Bush is a dictator, the more you prove that he isn't.
