Unless it says it can someplace in a print dialog box then you have to print it all out one one side and then turn it over and just use one sheet at a time until you figure out how it's supposed to go back in the printer.

If you've installed ur drivers, make sure u select the printer or make it ur default printer b4 printing. The should be an option for printing duplex in your printing dialog. A dn printer may not neccessary be a duplex. If the duplex part for the printer has not been installed, It will not print duplex.

Duplex printing (printing on both sides of paper, comes Automatic (standard). Set-up from the print setting in the App in use.

first download the printer drivers from hp's website, the reason for that is that has the option for duplexing, which allows double sided printing. then you can chose duplexing for the propertis button when you want print!

When you opened the box was there not a sheet of paper in with the cartridge with intructions in pictures ? If so simply FOLLOW it's guide, but it soulds like you were doing it OK. The plastic cover protects the developer roller in transit The tape you pull out forms an internal seal to stop the toner leaking in shipping. Remove both and insert.

As yu have a dn model, as long as the correct software are installed, you shuld have the duplex option when printing.

You can't un less it is bult to do that
Print one side then turn it over and print the other

go to properties and change the setting... by right clicking
