It has been proposed for at least the last 7 years and in April it was struck down for a third time.

It may be a good idea but until a lot of minds are changed I don't see it happening.

It would be a good idea for those responsible sites that work hard to prevent minors access. The most responsible I know of is Rodney Moore. Its a great idea for parental control, easy to block any site with .xxx

Porn on the web is what it is. In my opinion, porn on the net, including other types of sites are the reasons many people end up divorced. It really creeps into your marriage and becomes a substitute and is so unfair to the other person in the relationship. So I say ban it all!

i first heard this a few years back, they were going to add a bunch of extentions. think it got shot down because they realized the .xxx'rs would still use the .com's

i completely agree. at least it would make it real easy to block the web sites. Parental blocks would work a lot easier.

Exactly, that'd be great. But i wish there way a way to block those unwanted porn popups and ads.
