Price means nothing on auto paint quality does.Try PPG auto paint its the best out there.

You can buy auto paint in just about any grade that you want at a good auto parts / paint store. The cost of paint has little to do with the quality. It has more to do with the technology that is used to apply it. Body shops need paint that will do certain things in order to speed up their production. That cost more than paint that can be applied without a bake booth.
Find a PPG Platinum distributor. They can show you the Shop Line at the lowest price if they can make the color you need. That is very good product that can be air dried if necessary.
They should also be able to give you lots of advice on fixing your rust and dents.
