"Self gratification" I get when I see people gobble up the BBQ food I make on my grill - the compliments they give me. The "beast" in this case is the associated cost $$$ with the food I make for neighbors, the self gratification...Well what the hell am I to do??? It just feels so good to see people love the food I cook - this is going to be an expensive weekend!
