She should have a genuine smile, interest in others, and a kind but flirtacious attitude.

Nothing gets a guy's attention like those three things.

Your avatar is pretty good, it caught my eye, is that what you really look like? If that's a photo of you then I don't think you'll have any trouble attracting men.

as far as what to wear -- depends on the situation.
