if yes, do we truly feel pain the MOST(out of everything else)?
if no, (philosophically speaking) what is life's best "AFFIRMATION"?

or there is no need of any...

:)

Well, whether physical or mental it certainly reasserts that you're alive. But pain isn't necessary for that. Simple observation of the world around you, and the senses (particularly touch, smell, hearing) will do it. Sight amplifies it enormously because we are primarily a sight animal, but sight's not essential to the sense of being alive. The best affirmation of life I find is what you do with it - taking joy in the possibilities it gives you, and acting on those possibilities. Perhaps that's why so many people seem only partly alive, to me - and why it's so exasperating to realise that we all only use a small part of the power inherent in our brain. Descartes got it wrong - It should be I think, therefor I am - because perhaps uniquely amongst the animals we are what we think and therefor potentially can change how we see ourselves and the world.

Do you need an affirmation that you're alive? I think it's pretty evident that you're alive and your life does exist. The affirmation of life is the fact that you're able to even ask the question to begin with. Pain is a way of telling us something isn't quite white in the rice or that you better check it out so you don't feel more pain. I don't know about you, but pain isn't one of my favorite sensations. I could do without it most of the time.

No pain is just one of the many affirmations of life, what about love, compation, happines, i know that when i feel all these things i feel alive, really if there is no need, but its all kinda confusing after that so..., anyways the most powerful affirmation of life is the feeling of peace, which im striving for, and its trully hard to get.

Physical> Pain is a symptom not a cause of life. To choose Pain is to live Life by default,

The root - the evidence of human existence - is conscious awareness, however we may choose to experience Life. To Feel either Agony ("pain") or Ecstasy ("love") - to Feel at all - is evidence of our being. Pain and Joy are integral to the Yin and Yang of conscious living, allowing us to experience life in a direct and personal way (the Ego).

To affirm the positive is to become it.
To affirm the negative is to become it.
We choose our lives by way of what we seek to experience and internalize as "feelings" and emotions. Words are the "seeds" which colour our course through Life.

Choose your words & your thoughts and in essence, your Life ~very carefully~; they are best when regarded with respect and Love for self and Life.

Pains and sufferings are preparations for the supreme joy, waiting for us in the Supreme!!

Pain is a reminder that we have not yet perfected ourselves and our mind still reacts to the Exellence with revolt.

Pain is the affirmation of our latent divine nature

The fact that we can affirm in the first place is what affirms that we are alive, I think therefor I am.

Pain isnt exactly an affirmation of Life..not by itself.
alongside with Pleasure which you can equally get from different stages in one's Life...
your first baby walk & first stumble...
your first Love & your first broken heart...
your first job-rejection & your first paycheck..
then... the last time you had your family reunion,
the last time you had a surprise birthday party..
all this first & last times & everything in Between..
they all come with Joy.. & inevitable pain.
they all go hand in hand in all the experiences we have in our Lifetime..
Fear, Love, Happiness, Loneliness, Regret, Hope, etc..
to sum everything up, our life is affirmed in how we Learn, how we Grow
from our first baby "dada" to our last "farewell"
so GROWTH is indeed the greatest affimation of Life..
the reason why "live & let live" meant "giving others the chance & space to Grow"
so Let us all grow together in Love,
everything else will not be so Painful.
:-)

I do not think pain is the affirmation of life. I think greed is. Isn't greed the cause of or most of everything? Wars, prices of gas, pain? That is what I think whether you agree or disagree.

Perhaps it is better to say that suffering is essential to both love and justice.

"Affirmation" is a modern, therapeutic category that seems to have developed from the intense subjectivity in which we understand ourselves and the universe. We become so closed in on ourselves due to our subjectivity, that we need "affirmation", to help us overcome our sense of intellectual, spiritual and emotional isolation.
