Yes. I've been doing this for about six months now. But, I just take a swig off the bottle, and swish it in my mount for about two minutes. It's made a big difference. Any it's so much cheaper than anything else on the market.

They actually make a mouthwash pre-rinse that is formulated to whiten your teeth. Use this and whitener toothpaste. You will see results in just a couple of days!! Check where they keep the mouthwash in the store.

I have tried this and later heard that it can actually cause cancer of the mouth. I heard the same thing about whitening strips, although peroxide does whiten your teeth and kill germs that cause bad breath.

It should make your teeth whiter. Peroxide does that.

I've heard that peroxide will bleach your teeth. I think it's the mail ingredient in all of the whitening gel.

It helps, but you may start experiencing sensitivity to your teeth. I know that I mysef, cant do that. My teeth are too sensitive. I use Crest white strips. They work really good, if used right.*

I read about it on the internet, and while there is no "scientific evidence to support this claim" (cause it's probably one thing they haven't spent millions of dollars on to study) it certainly doesn't hurt anything.

It is good for every now and then but daily use of it will deteriorate your gums and enamel. I was refered to it by my dentist and I am pretty sure he knows what he is doing.
