I do not want to speak for other people. But as someone who gets drunk a couple of times a week, I can see things that are as plain as the nose on my faces.
And even during times when I have drank many days in a row, I could still see the obvious things in life!

They are too drunk to even walk half the times. Never mind see anything in front of them or even on them for that matter.

I've known alcoholics. They live in a world of their own after a while and pretty much alienate everyone else.

Yes they do.People who constantly drink do it to escape reality.I am glad that I am clean and sober now.
