I rarely watched it before Rosie, it just seemed boring. Then I watched it once in a while because I wanted to see how mean they were to Elizabeth. I remember when they would hardly let her get a word in edgewise. I felt so bad for her.

Then I turned it on to see who this "Rosie *******" was. I was surprised. She was nothing like I'd heard. I think she led intelligent discussions, fights, whatever.... She CARES about people.

I like when they have opposing views. I like for the show to be thought provoking. I also like Joy. She's so dang funny.

It would be the only reason to watch it. I don't care about some woman's mamby-pamby cookin', cleanin', fashion show. I want to hear people discuss or even argue the issues. It does not matter if I agree or not with any or all of anyone of them. Gotta agree with you on Joy. She is pretty funny. Her and Rosie both seem like real people to me. That Elizabeth is just plain annoying. Her voice is so irritating and phoney. I don't know who they are going to replace Rosie with...I just hope it's not just some non-controversial airhead playin' suzy homemaker.

Barbara Walters created the show because she wanted women of different backgrounds, to express their opinions, for everyone to hear.

If you look at it from that "View" the show is as successful as a show can be. After all, it has everyone expressing their "View".

I will be sorry to see Rosie leave. I just hope the idiot, I mean the president doesn't feel the need to talk Monday at 11:00. He seems to always want to talk during The View. My view is I do not want to hear him.

Gawd Yes, i've taped it every day since Rosie came on, i hope they have Roseann Barr join, she talks about issues like education, working poor, hunger, things politicians should be talking about!

No, I stopped watching when Rosie came on. She seems like she has her own agenda to promote, and she's doing it on the show.

I like Joy also but I think Rosie can be meanspirited and obnoxious. I am glad Elizabeth finally stood up for herself.

I have never known a man to like the View which makes me wonder about your character in itself.
