Will My Internet service provier know which site i am surfing.?

If that site is blocked by them and i am using a Proxy Server...

Yes. As someone who has worked in the IT business for 15 years, I can assure you that any decent ISP can tell where youa re going even if you use an Internet Proxy Server. I do it every day. That is one of the reasons you have to keep changing proxy servers. We can see where you are going and then block that proxy.

Possibly yes, especially if mom and dad have parental controllers setup.
