Yes. Life is life. It's all precious. It shouldn't matter what sexual preference you have. All people deserve to have their rights protected.

Very good point! I'm against the idea of getting rid of a baby if it's just because the people or person changes their mind.
If the mother is raped, or sick then clearly her life comes first before the unborn child.
However in the end I would never have to worry about making that choice and so I have no right to say its wrong or right either way it should be up to the women having the child and no men should be able to make laws or rules against it.
On to your question I'm pro-life but only partly I guess you could say and I also think that if the child grows up to be gay I have no different opinion on their life then someone who's strait, it's what they do in their life not who they love.
I'm sure all the god is great people would want it dead however.

I am one of those ProLife people and I do believe all life is sacred from birth to natural death. And, believe it or not I do respect other humans, gay or obnoxious. If a child dies before he can be born how are we to know what they will become. If a murderer is executed who suffers but the people who love them. Yes, I will show them the respect they deserve as a person and yes I would fight for their right to life. I may not agree with their lifestyle, but as long as their is life there is hope. This question sounds as if you are baiting people, but you can check through my profile and any question that comes up on ProLife I answer with basically this same answer.....I believe in life from conception to natural death...I do NOT support abortion or the death penalty.....I will treat people with the same respect I am given, and often a lot more respect than I am given.
Peace be with you.

You are so "witty" aren't you. What "rights" do gays not have? They can vote, have freedom of speech, basic cable, etc.
They will go to Hell, but at least they have the chance to live. Of course, how much of a chance does an aborted fetus have, you would much rather have an aborted fetus than a human with a chance to live a great life.
Or, how about we take the "Green approach" - you know how every acre of rain forest destroyed could be the acre that holds the cure for cancer. What about aborted fetuses - maybe one of them is the scientist who would find cures for cancer, or ironically in this case, AIDS.
As to the person who said mothers have no alternatives - how about putting the baby up for adoption, or not having sex in the first place. I know Health Class is tough to keep up with, but when a penis goes into a vagina, there are chances that a baby might be the product.

I know a lot of pro-life folks.
I never heard one of them advocate killing gay adults.
So I seriously doubt they would advocate killing unborn babies just because they happen to be gay (as if you could determine the "gayness" of a fetus).

well let's see...someone decides they do not have the money to have a child...but they are forced to by government mandate...so will there be healthcare for the mother and child? Food, clothes, roof over thier head? How about if that child grows up to be a criminal, will there life be spared from the death penalty? Since these are all actual scenarios, I think I can fairly say what would happen if that child were gay...

Of course. Since when has pro-life been synonymous with anti-gay? The whole point is that no one deserves the "right" to kill someone else at their convenience, whether that individual is gay or straight.

Pro-Life people want another person in the world that the government can force to pay taxes. Sexual preference should never matter in any case, this is the 21st century for gods sake.

i second that it doesn't matter once the baby is born, it's all about not letting the woman have the right to choose. and if people actually did some research, and not just using google, actually going to the library and looking up true experiments from scholarly journals, they would know that being gay is biological, not a choice.

There is always that chance and i have to accept it.To fight for it is entirely different proposition as it evokes strong feelings of conscience as any normal relationship will be suppressed to uphold gay rights.

Of course I would. A child is a child regardless of their sexual orientation. Of course (as the mother of two young sons) I would be heartsick if either of them told me they were gay, but I would still love them just as much, and would still be thankful that I gave them a chance at life.
