BASICALLY everything that we are seeing now is effects of the president before GWB. Clinton enjoyed successful presidency because of Reagan and Bush's actions. Now GWB gets a bad rap because of the things Clinton did. I dont care what you people think, you dont pass bills and laws and they immediately start taking effect or showing effects on the economy! it takes years before you see what the govt did in the past.
