Try the library at a medical school.

Many journals have put their articles on-line. However, one from 1977 may not have made the cut. You usually need an account to access these articles. Universities and libraries often have access.

If the journal is still active see if they have a website with contact info. They might have old issues online, or a library of reprints.

It only online from 1999 to the present so you would have to go to a major research library. Also, I believe the title is "Child" not "Childrens"

I would look to see if they have a website and go from there.
