It is a combination of art and science to obtain orgasm. A couple need to explore, learn, experiment and improvise to achieve healthy, loving relationship that makes men's firework a random concentrated mess and women's orgasm a subtle, stealth-like sensation. We do if we have a partner that takes the time to learn what makes us have a "happy". We do if we masturbate. We don't if a guy things missionary is the sum of all sex. I am one of the lucky ones.
