That just made me laugh. That's really weird. I don't know what to say.

The salsa part is easy... cilantro actually tastes like soap and for years I refused to eat it. Now I love it and chop up plenty for my salsa and guacamole.
As for the spaghetti sauce, vomit includes a lot of gastric acids. Tomato sauce varies by acid content but it is probably some of the ingredients that remind you of a particularly bad episode of commode hugging.

Your using vomit as spaghetti sauce...I know it's easy to do, the canned vomit is right next to the canned spaghetti sauce in the grocery store...the soapy salsa...damn that's weird..

You must be using "vomit seasoning". I use fresh parmesian when I make my spaghetti. It makes it taste much better. In fact, this woman used to have sex with me just for the sake of eating my spaghetti, she wouldn't take my money--just wanted spaghetti. I think she might have been a "pastatute"!

malted milk balls taste like vomit, did someone put some in your spaghetti sauce? Not sure about the salsa, but I think whipped cream tastes like blood.

Someone got to the spaghetti before you and the salsa was used to clean the spaghetti pan.

One of the ingredients in salsa does have a soap taste.
Spag sauce, if it is not fresh, it is mold that has not turned colors yet.

Food is dead, or dying stuff. We just try to eat it before it goes to bad. Enjoy your next meal...

Apparently, you are not the only one:
"So, I just did a google on cilantro and taste, and apparently it is quite common for some people to think cilantro tastes like soap, . . ."

some meds have that effect. Topamax makes Dr. Pepper taste like chemicals w/ no flavor.

my guess is either you're pregnant, or you're taking a medication that can alter how your food tastes (certain antidepressants and antibiotics will leave a "metallic" taste in your mouth) Other than that, I'm not sure.
