You're not ugly, but the boredom thing does NOT make a good impression. I cannot even remember the last time I was bored....find something to do!!
If you haven't got a hobby, go find one! Volunteer at school, at a local hospital, deliver meals to shut-ins, rake your neighbor's yard, plant some flowers, take a scrapbooking class....just looking at all the hobbies available out there will give you PLENTY to do!!

Your make up looks really good but you look too young to even be wearing make up. Sounds like you are bored. Why don't you get into some activities at school or something. :(
I would rate you at a 9 but you really should not care. I have taught my children not to care what other people think of them. They will remember the quote I give them ALL of the time. "The people that matter - don't mind and the people that mind - don't matter."
