( z - 5 ) ( z + 3 ) = 0
z-5 = 0 and z + 3 = 0
z = 5 and z = - 3

=> z^2+3z-5z-15=0
=>z(z+3)-5(z+3)=0
=>(z+3)(z-5)=0
z= -3 or 5

D=(-2)^2 -4*1*(-15)=4+60=64
D^(1/2)=8

x1=(-(-2)+D^(1/2))/2=(2+8)/2=10/2=5

x2=(-(-2)-D^(1/2))/2=(2-8)/2=(-6)/2=-3
