Some one ask me out but, he is two year older than me. What should I do

If you're 13 and he's 15, there isn't a problem. But if he's 18 and you're 16, the law could be a problem. Find out what the age of consent in your state is (that is, if you're planning on having sex).
Dating someone two years older isn't a problem as far as the law is concerned as long as there is no sex.

Unless you are at least 16 that is too big a gap.
