Neither Rudolph Guiliani and/or George H.W. and George W. Bush are dirty and corrupt. After all, Republicans STAND FOR THE TRUTH and the ones Dirty and Corrupt and Liberal Democrats who do not like the Truth who are Lazy Incompetent And Reckless Sinners.

I think you have to be aware that what you are doing is bad to be dirty and corrupt. That rules out oblivious Bush, who truly believes he is doing God's work by lining the pockets of his billionaire friends. Giuliaini is a smart, tough lawyer who knows exactly who he is stepping on to get to the top. He is dirtier and more corrupt.

I don't think Hilary Clinton is corrupt, but she is fake. She knows how to mold herself in all types of settings. That could be a good or a bad thing. Dang, I don't know.
