No xHx, I wanted to be an author, or a short story writer of kids books. I've written 3 but got rejection letters before i even sent them to publishing houses lol so the dream ended there.

I had a few ideas about stuff that I enjoyed and wanted to do, but my family moved in the middle of my last year of comprehensive it messed my exams up.When I went to college I decided to have a good time - by the time I was in my twenties I decided I wanted to be a drinker and so I was lol! but when I finally grew up at the age of 32 I became a mother and I think I was born to do this job - and its a million times better than being a drinker!

Yes. I wanted to be a writer, and I did publish in 1983 and am currently a book editor. Had a few missteps along the way, and other jobs, but it was fun getting here.

No. I wanted to be a writer when I grew up. As a kid, people either loved my writing, or were humoring me, because as an adult my writing doesn't go over that much. Not that I do it that much anymore... Anyone who has dated me especially did not like my writing.... Ah, well. I suppose being a lab rat until I retire is alright.... or maybe I'll marry some rich guy someday.....

Yes, I always wanted to be a pilot, and after many years of study, eventually made it, and had a great career as a commercial airline captain, all from a poor council house in Manchester. So, whatever it is you want to do, you can do it if you try hard enough.....

I wanted to be a pirate. I own a sailboat, i guess i could go get a crew and start to pillage and plunder now if i wanted to. I work for the government now though, so obviously i couldn't pay very well until the looting begins.
