Under the safely remove icon in my tool bar I says safely remove "then the name of my hard drive" its an internal hard drive and its my only hard drive. I think this is strange because if I accidentally click that I would probably be in some trouble.

Does anyone know how to remove it from there? or know why it would even appear there? If I find out how too should I remove that option. Finally what would happen if I did accidentally click that?

Normally when you do a "safely remove", it closes any open files on the drive and then powers it down. If you were to do it to an internal drive, seems like the worst it could do is shut down the computer. You would just have to turn the computer back on.

That should not be there. The person or company who has built the PC dooesn't know what they are doing. If you was to click it nothing should happen as the hardrive shouldn't be able to shut itself off. In saying that I wouldn't try it.

I don't know how to take it off, but i would concider taking it to a local computer shop that you trust and that will do repairs and get them to make sure everything is ok
