Where can i download GHz so i can upgrade my computer to 2.5GHz?

i have a game that cant run in my computer, my friend said that it cant run because it doesnt have GHz to back it up.
and i was wonder if i can upgrade it to make it faster.

At the computer store. Upload $$$ and they'll give you Ghz in a nice, clean box.

There was a site where you could do that, but Microsoft and Dell colluded to sue them and make them take it down. Too much free Mhz.
