It depends on which one you have. Look for "SLI" in the name or on the box. Another way to tell is if it has connectors on the top towards the front. see the picture in the link below and you'll see what i mean. That's the SLI connector.

If it has the adapter in the back, then yes, but you have to use 1 or more (the latest motherboards allow 4 video cards to be SLIed) geforce 6800 video cards.

Check the manufacturer's instructions. I'm pretty sure it can though. I think you need two identical cards and the right motherboard to do it.
