ok im going to be 13 in july 1st i was wondering if anyone new any good party spots i live in two rivers so anywhere around there like green bay or and hour from there so if you have any info plz tell me......and plz dont say the anything to do with water (my last years b-day party was there) so just something kewl thank you very much

I would say find a church or community center where you can use a room fairly cheap for the night. If you hit a dead end there, a good resource is any wedding planning site. They will have tons of halls listed. Even your backyard will work and it's probably the cheapest option.
Also, check out party411.com. They have lots of themes you can look at and be inspired by. My niece had everyone dress in black and white, but she showed up in red. My daughter had an 80's party where everyone had to dress in 80's clothes and the room was decorated with 80's records, rubik's cubes, carebears, etc. Whatever you do, hire a good DJ and you'll be fine!
