Maybe you're looking at the wrong people. My friends do it all the time, whenever they see something interesting or something good happens. Or they're just bored. They just suddenly break out into song, they were both in chorus, and one of them used to act in plays, so it's pretty interesting to see what kinda moves they come up with.

Hang out with me and I can guarentee that you will see me break out into song and dance! I do it all the time when I'm with my friends! I'm a wanna be rock star! There's no better stage than the streets! (or at Walmart). lol.

You should see my little girl. She break out into song and dance when ever she is in the mood no matter where we are. Supermarket, Church, the park LOL.
