In our solar system, no. But one has to consider that the Universe is a big place. We've only looked at a fraction of it through telescopes. There a equation that predicts how many worlds have or will develope civilizations. Called the Drake Equation, it lets you put in your own variables. Also one has to consider the possibilty of life that is completely different from how we know it, because the only thing we can qualify as alive is on Earth, and Earth is one of trillions of trillions of planets. I suggest going to the link in the sources section if you want to read more.

Why not look at yahoo answers, this question has been answered many many times. The answer is no one knows for sure. There are many theories but no facts to support them.
I will say we have no proof of life on other planets but we are sure looking for it.

Well, with the universe being as large as it is I would be way more surprised if we don't eventually discover life on other planets than if we do.

Ah yes, this stupid question that gets asked over and over, along with "Why is the sky blue?" and "did we land on the moon?"

There is life on Mars. Our spacecraft have germs from Earth that survived the trip.

There is life on Titan. There were germs on the Huygens probe that landed on Titan.

Quit asking such unoriginal questions.
