ok im in school and im out of pamprin and midol and all that great stuff for this time of month and are school is strict so we reallly get questioned when we take pills in school so i cant get any from a friend i feel like **** and my cramps hurt going home aint an opption i have finals. any help please im about to go to a class full of guys and i need to try and get rid of them before then cause lets face it teen guys are a pain in the *** at this time of the month. thanks for any help

Movement is often good for cramps. At every opportunity, get up and walk around. Move your body and loosen things up. Also, drink as much as possible to help clean out your system. Bathroom breaks are a good excuse to move around some more.

I don't know if you could get a hold of any before class but in the furture you could carry some of those portable heating pads from ThermaCare that warm up when you open them - they have some with sticky stuff on the back I use to use these for my cramps they last a few hours.

around the time your period is gonna start take an asprin or tylenol or advil oe something before skool but since your in skool now try drinking plenty of water and also for that time of the month jello is great for cramps try youll see

Deep breathing. Sounds ridiculous, but it works if you focus. Next time, take something before you go to school (asprin).

Can you drink hot coffee? Rub you palm hand in your stomach clock wise. This use to work for me, hope it helps.
