your local newspaper. Most cities or areas have a local classified ad agency that allows you to post for little or no money. Ask your friends or go to like a grocery store near you and see if they have classfied book/magazines and call them. yahoo pets is also another place.

Any newspaper. Or you might try looking into Freecycle: They do allow pet offers, though not breeding or food animals.
Or you might look around at Laundromats and vet offices: Sometimes they have cork boards where you can post such things.

crigslist just type in where ever you live for example i live in tulsa ok so i would put tulsa oklahoma criglist it is free and you can put pictures up also please make sure you find them a GOOD home though
