It doesn't make any noise when I brake, and I have recently change the belts hoping this would fix the issue. The squeaking comes and goes, but only happens when the car is in motion.

I've asked before and got a lot of help, but I would definitely appreciate any advice.

I would check your brake pads.

Do not apply any oil products on suspension parts made of black rubber material. Grease and oil degrades the life in no time. They expand, crack open and become totally useless. Silicone oil or Dow Corning vacuum grease is the ideal lube for sway bar bushings and body mounts.

I'd honestly double check your brake pad wear scrapers. If you've driven over 40,000 miles it may be due for new pads. Remember to use Toyota pads as they are made of organic material and will not ruin the rotors. The beauty of Toyota rotors is that there is plenty of thickness for surface prep if necessary.

Locate and lube the bushings for the suspension. Find the sway bars and spray WD-40 or 3-N-1 oil where the bars go through the plastic bushings.
