What's your take on horoscopes?

I am a Pisces and I seem to be getting on very well with a Gemini. I thought we had lots in common, but when I checked horoscopes on the internet it said that we would not make a good couple. Should I believe this, or take a chance on this person I lkie so much?

Abolutely speaking, Gemini and pisces aren't sweet or bitter. They are just right on the target, and thus can accomplish many things that are not related to seduction and destruction.

Such cheers cannot be given to signs like Scorpio and Virgo, which are rather strongly binded to physical appearance, trends, team work and inter-dependency.

Iam a Pisces and i believe that horoscopes are a GENERAL guideline to a group of people. i love to read them to see what i can expect from the person iam dating, but i would NEVER judge or break up with a guy b/c of what a horoscope says.

think about it. in general horoscopes say that two of the same sign should not date because what one lacks the other will too. imagine two stubborn people together. in reality there are many marriages that consist of the same zodiac sign and they find a way to make it work just like a regular couple needs to make things work.

its like a stereo type, its a general statement that doesn't apply to every single person in that category, but are sterotyped b/c most have a specific similarity.

if you really believe in the zodiac then you would have to consider the different cusps, and moon sign of a person as well.

The horoscopes you read everywhere are a general interpretation to try to cover all. You'd really need your charts done. That requires dob,time and location... It depends also on how much of a Pisces are you and how much of a Gemini are they. I am currently in a relationship with the same sign. That's supposed to be a no-no too. But I realize he has the same strengths and weaknesses as I do and I think it has made me a better person. More self aware.

Go with your heart, not the horoscopes. They are for fun. I only recently started reading them and noticed that I, for whatever reason, have only dated and was even married to a Gemini. Things didn't work out because they had issues that had nothing to do with me and were insecure. My ex-husband loved me, but liked many other women as well. The horoscopes state that Geminis and Virgos don't have lasting relationships, but it had nothing to do with the horoscopes. It has to do with the kind of person you are in the end.

Some ancient cultures lived centuries following horoscope patterns. I would say modern civilization has used them for mostly recreation and laughs. For your own motivation, I would only except insight from the beneficial horoscopes and negate the ones that contain pitfalls. In any case, your life is what you make it. The very minute you read the letter l in " letter," is the very minute something drastic could happen in a beneficial or detrimental form, which has everything to do with the scope of your religion, and very little to do with the latest horoscope posting in the USA Today.

Gemini is neither a good or bad match romantically for Pisces so don't worry too much. Apparently you will like your partners flirty ways but they won't be around when you want to discuss dreams etc.
In terms of friendship as oppose to love Pisces and Gemini can have an edgy relationship.
I have found all my love matches to be very accurate.

A load of rubbish. How can x amount of Scorpios/Geminis and whatever be living basically parallel lives? The old adage of "you'll be coming into some money soon" could mean you'll find 10p on the floor, you win the lottery or it's payday! They word them so it can't possibly be wrong. It's all so vague that if you mixed them all around and printed them under different headers the next day then avid followers would still insist that it fits lol.

I also am a Pisces, as you know , we are very romantic, wear
our hearts on our sleeves a lot, and are given to romantic
notions...so, forget the forecast !! do you love him, or
is he an idea of a fantasy life you might want ??? , not
to mention how he feels (but us Pisces would not consider

Horoscopes never made any sense to me, its so called reading the stars and its a load of made up stuff, each mag would have something completly different for the horoscope of the day for example
